At All About Numbers, we require every client to complete our client worksheets: Engagement Letter, Client Questionnaire, and Audit Protection.  We must have these three worksheets filled out and provided to us along with your tax documents before we can get to work on your tax return.  If you are a new client, please also complete New Client Questionnaire and provide us with a copy of your most recent prior year return.
