Hello, prospective client, and thank you for considering using our firm for your tax, bookkeeping, and payroll needs!
As a new client, we will need our New Client Questionnaire completed. If you happen to own your own business, we will need our New Business Questionnaire completed as well. We offer 15 minute consultations for $100 to answer any preliminary questions you may have, as well as give you an introduction to our firm. If you choose to use our firm, the $100 will go towards your tax return invoice. We also offer in-depth consultations for tax projections, tax advice, etc. for $300 an hour. Our minimum invoice for a tax return is $400. If you would like a consultation for our bookkeeping or payroll services, they are free of charge.
We will need our questionnaire(s) completed before we can schedule a consultation. If you would like to use us to complete a tax return for you, we will need a copy of your prior year return as well. Your completed questionnaire(s) can be uploaded to our All About Numbers portal: https://aanportal.com. We will contact you when we have received them!
